This channel was created to bring you along as we navigate each of the Best 4x4 Trails in Utah. The primary focus of the channel is the Utah 4x4 trail and what it is like to participate or ride along. Hopefully you will find these 4x4 trails interesting and provide some guidance in your Utah 4x4 experience. This is dedicated to safe, responsible, off-roading in the state of Utah.

The White Rim Trail, Canyonlands National Park
This is the white rim trail. It is recommended to take 2-3 days to run the trail. It is long and could be very hot in the summer. You should be very experienced in off-road driving to take on the trail. We were able to run it in one long day, but if you try, beware it may take longer and road conditions can frequently change making the trail more difficult or perhaps impassable and you may need to turn around. We took extra gas, turned out we didn’t need it, but it made for some stress free driving. I would not run the trail if it is muddy or wet due to the hills and cliff faces adjacent to the road. A permit is required at the ranger station or an online permit with a printed copy.

Easter Jeep Safari 2023. Hotel Rock Trail. This trail begins approximately 90 miles South of Moab Utah. It is rated 5/10 and the off-road trail is an out and back totaling 18 miles.

Double Sammy trail, run with friends Matt, Dave, Ed and Jake. Pulled out a side by side while heading over to double Sammy from the end of Milt’s Mile. Finished up with the ‘Chute’ at the top of Double Sammy . Jeep off-road. Sand hollow. Rock crawling.

Behind the Rocks Trail Easter Jeep Safari 2022. This is a beautiful, challenging trail outside of Moab Utah. This was the inaugural trail run at the very first Easter Jeep Safari 57 years ago. The more challenging obstacles have bypasses with the exception of white nuckle.

This is a notorious hill, with many a video showing rollovers and carnage. This shows one of the safer lines to take. Driver beware and is responsible for any outcome.

Spike at Night. We ran Poison Spider to Golden Spike to Goldbar Rim at night. We started around 8:30 pm and finished around dawn. This was a great night off-roading with great company. Cliffhanger is a difficult trail in Moab Utah. It is rated 8/10 for difficulty. This is one of the best 4x4 trails in Moab. Moab Rim provides incredible views of the Colorado River and amazing four wheeling. This is one of the best 4x44 trails in Moab. Two weeks after the Jeep nearly backed off the cliff in this video, two men unfortunately rolled off the edge near this same spot. I was lucky to find this beautiful Jeep Rubicon in my Metal Masher run group. This must be the first plug-in hybrid to go on such an extreme trail. The Jeep handled it beautifully. Very impressed, I want one. Jeep jl 4Xe hybrid. Extreme off-road trail.

2012 Easter Jeep Safari Meat Masher Trail. This is one of the best 4x4 trails in Moab. Features rock Chucker, mirror gulch and Misty’s Thumb obstacles. We had different breakdowns or issues with the Jeep’s on the trail. We were accompanied by Nate from Jeep headquarters driving the new 4Xe rubicon hybrid.

2021 Easter Jeep Safari a new Ford Bronco with a professional driver cuts in line while heading out to the behind the rocks trail. Some friendly trolling ensues. I love the Ford Bronco both of and new. This was fun to see. The video didn’t catch how fast they were out there flying around the trails.

How long does it usually take to run this trail in and out?
Is this up past silverlake? Or did you guys take that dirt road right next to tibble fork to get to miller?

I love watching the older crowd being active doing this stuff its awesome.
That's why you dont take your dream jeep out to these. That jeep was way to nice. It'd be way better bringing something out that you cant tell when you role it because its already pretty rough. Then get tons of experience then take your nice jeep out there. I sold my perfect jeep I just couldn't take the stress now I have 2 way more capable riggs and they are not having a straight piece of Sheetmetal on them now its fun. Its the experience that allows these others to get away with it. Just take your time nice jeeps. Crawler utah nice video and group. Thank you.

I rode my bike on the white rim trail when I was racing bicycles at a pretty high level. Like 1995. Did the whole thing in 9.5 hours. Legendary. I know all you dimwits are going to call me a liar now so bring it on fat boys.
I believe you, the bikes are faster overall over the rougher rocks and certainly downhill. A high level bicycle racer could beat a jeep that wasn’t treating this like the Baja 500. The jeep his like the turtle that just keeps slowly pushing forward. The occasional hills were what really slowed the cyclists down.

🤣 Took my wife and kids on Black Gap Road in Big Bend recently and they all said the same thing. 5 hours is too long to be on a trail.
It gets a little long for them, for me the time just flies by😂🤷♂️

LAME! really LAME. What was with the edit at 6:15?? Let me guess, the "E" version has no throttle control, but you aren't allowed to show the truth?
The truth? Not allowed😂. This is just me having fun showing the Jeeps. Truth is that undercut ledge they tried is almost impossible with 31 inch tires. They also had a new driver at the time with the more experienced one riding shotgun. He spun on the ledge like many other Jeeps that day. They backed up, switched drivers and took a different line. Showed the other line and that they didn’t make it up that ledge like 20 other Jeeps in our group didn’t as well that day.
I think I shit my pants watching this....
Beautiful JL you have! I live 90 minutes north of Moab and love comming down for Safari jsut to watch and check out all the beautiful builds . I run the trails when it’s less crowded
When I'm out in the woods in electric mode all I can hear is that damn pedestrian alert racket.
Respect to the driver and awesome rig, the obstacle is simply hard! Me personally i wouldn't try anything i can't crawl! But my rig is just a rubicon XR, nothing with a crazy lift and power like those rigs :) Glad everyone was safe and not hurt

Putting my 1990 back on the road this month, 50k miles and zero rust. Been sitting 15-20 years.
Is there an alternate to the section at 13:24?
The way they took us out there wasn’t, however, I am sure e there would be an alternative way out, I just don’t know this area of Moab well enough.
@@crawlerutah Thanks. Going out for some pleasure driving in my Tacoma. Locking diff, crawl mode etc...should be okay, but I am not hardcore and just like the scenery and peacefulness getting out.
That trail kicked my ass for 10 hrs in the Gladiator a few weeks ago. Amazing trail but stressful

Beautiful jeep! i test drove the Sahara 4xe, it was so nice, but this Rubicon is another story!
